My favorite way to lose weight is to eat a healthy diet

I used to be a pretty typical dieter.

I’d eat pasta and meatballs, then watch Netflix and snack on snacks.

I didn’t really care much about the food.

I was just looking to lose some weight.

But then, I started noticing that I was actually eating more than I was supposed to.

I was really hungry all the time.

I had anorexia and bulimia.

I started obsessing over food.

I realized I wasn’t losing weight, and I knew it.

I decided I was definitely not a “foodie.”

I wasn, and am, a nutritionist.

But my eating habits didn’t stop there.

As I started working as a nutrition consultant, I was getting better at the process.

I learned to plan meals in advance, and make sure my meals were high in protein, carbohydrates, and fat.

I learned to be more selective about what I ate and what I added to it.

I began to make more informed decisions about what to eat and how to eat it.

The more I focused on nutrition, the less hungry I felt.

It’s a feeling that’s hard to shake.

I thought maybe I was making it worse.

Then, around four years ago, my appetite started to skyrocket.

I became obsessed with fat.

I felt like I had to have fat in my life at all costs.

I started working out regularly and lost about two pounds a week.

Then, my eating patterns started to change.

I stopped eating pasta and beef.

I cut out meatballs and added cheese and sour cream.

I realized that I wasn of more use to my diet, and so I stopped following it.

By now, I’ve lost about 15 to 20 pounds.

It wasn’t enough, but it was enough to make a huge difference in my body.

I feel healthier now than I ever have before.

The biggest thing that’s helped me stay healthy is being mindful of the foods I eat and where I put them.

I know I should have been eating more vegetables, and less dairy.

But I made healthy choices, and they’re making a huge impact.

My experience is not unique.

I’ve heard stories of people who’ve lost up to 20 to 30 pounds over a short period of time by cutting out certain foods.

Some people are losing more than 15 pounds in just a few months.
